Camp Forms
It's that time of year! As always, we are happy to complete your kids' camp forms. Please allow up to a week for completion, and prior to dropping off forms, please do the following:
-- Make sure your child has had his or her annual check-up
-- Fill in as much information as possible
-- Highlight allergies to food, drugs, etc.
-- Include an addressed and stamped envelope or an envelope labeled with your name and "pick up".
This will make for some happy campers!

Facebook
  • We are now on Facebook!  Please friend us to receive updates and participate in discussions that are important to your children's health.
  • Welcome Allison (Alli)
  • Upper East Side Pediatrics is excited to welcome our new nurse Alli Bujnoch to our practice.  Alli comes to us from Morgan Stanley Childrens' Hospital of New York Presbyterian Hospital where she was a staff nurse on the Pediatric Hematology/Oncology unit.  Alli is very excited to get to know the children and families of our practice.
  • Allergies:
  • The mild winter and early spring have made for one tough allergy season. To minimize aggravating pollen and other allergens, close your windows, shower upon entering the house, and keep your home as clean as possible. Use over-the-counter antihistamines to help ease sneezes and itchy eyes for those of age four and up.
  • Attention new parents:
  • Please inquire about the Adacel (TDAP) "whooping cough" to protect you and your family.
  • Gardasil the human papillomavirus vaccine (HPV) is now recommended for males and females, ages 9-26. It is a 3 dose series, given over a 6 month period.  The vaccine protects against four types of HPV responsible for cervical cancer and genital warts.
